Marketing Assistant (Entry-Level, In-Person)
We are hiring a marketing assistant to work directly with the owner of a B2B SaaS marketing agency and support day-to-day execution across campaigns, content, and marketing operations. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn by doing—even when they don’t know the answer right away.
About Our Organization
We are a small, hands-on marketing agency focused on B2B SaaS companies. We work across email marketing, CRM systems, content, and campaign execution—helping clients turn marketing into real revenue.
This is not a large corporate team. You’ll be working directly with the owner and involved in real client work from the start. The focus is on learning quickly, doing meaningful work, and building skills that are actually useful in the real world.
Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities
Email Operations: Build, edit, and QA marketing emails in platforms like HubSpot and Cordial, ensuring 100% accuracy in links and formatting.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data hygiene and helping with list segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Content Support: Create and schedule social media content (specifically LinkedIn) and blog posts that resonate with a professional B2B audience.
Campaign Execution: Assist in the setup and monitoring of automated marketing workflows and multi-channel campaigns.
Market Research: Conduct lead research and competitive intelligence to identify new growth opportunities for our clients.
AI Integration: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to draft content, summarize research, and optimize internal workflows.
Reporting: Assist in tracking campaign performance metrics and preparing basic analytics reports for client review.
Executive Support: Provide flexible assistance on any other tasks or initiatives as requested to help keep projects moving and the agency running smoothly.
Work Hours and Benefits
Part-time (20 hours per week) with a clear path to a full-time position based on performance.

$15.00 – $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill level.
We provide a company MacBook and access to a premium marketing tech stack (HubSpot, AI platforms, etc.).

Company-provided MacBook and tools
Direct exposure to real marketing systems (HubSpot, Cordial, AI tools)
Hands-on training and mentorship
